Yes. The full amount of the stay, tourist tax included, is paid online by bank card when you book, on our secure booking page. Anything you have at the hotel (meals, drinks, etc.) is paid on site.
Yes. Cancellation is free, with a full refund, up to 48 hours before arrival (7 days for arrivals between 16 July and 20 September). After that, the first night remains due. The conditions of your rate are shown when you book; see also our terms and conditions.
