We favour Corsican producers to introduce you, from the very first morning, to the true flavours of the Isle of Beauty — all for €11 per person.

On fine days, tables are laid on the large panoramic terrace, in the shade of the parasols, facing the spires of Capo d'Orto and the Gulf of Porto. It's hard to imagine a better wake-up: a coffee, a pastry, and the mountain lighting up in the morning sun.
