Booking.com has given us a dedicated account manager
As our account grew, traffic to our Booking.com page increased significantly, and we've now reached a stage that's interesting enough for the platform: we've become a Preferred Partner, with a dedicated account manager.
Booking accounts for 72% of our bookings. Keeping an excellent relationship with Booking.com is vital for our project of taking over the hotel, and it's a real point of pride to have joined this programme.
That said, one thing worth knowing: our rates are lower here than on Booking.com. Booking direct, on this site or by phone, is cheaper for you and better for us.

Trustpilot, and a bike-friendly recognition
But this month, it's much more than Booking.com that stood out. We've been accepted on Trustpilot: it's now possible to leave a review there. The page is brand new (currently zero reviews) — if you've stayed with us, yours could be the first!
We were also featured by a site that lists bike-friendly places. Between the garage, the tyre pump station and the fridge available to guests, we ticked every box: we were accepted instantly.
Your June reviews paid off
This June's reviews had an excellent impact on room bookings, with our rating rising by 0.1 points in just one month, and a clear improvement in our location score. Not that we moved the hotel from one place to another — we're still in Porto, Corsica — but we now have more parking spaces and manage them better. That's how we were able to move the needle in that direction.
A very hot June
June was very hot, which forced us to replace two air-conditioning units that no longer met our standards. One more thing done: today, we still have 100% of our rooms air-conditioned.
See you soon in Porto,
Vincent & Wednesday
